RASPBERRY AND ALMOND SMOOTHIE (SERVES 2)
Rich in calcium and antioxidants.
Whizz in the blender:
- 50 grs almonds
- 150grs fresh raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 fresh squeezed orange juice
- 250ml milk (soya, almond…)
You can also try with mango and passion fruit, papaya and grapefruit, blueberries and orange, or strawberries and orange.
