Amandine is a French nutritionist living in London for the last 8 years. She has been working as Nutritionist for the last 12 years to promote optimal nutrition, health and well-being. She practices sport from early childhood, which gave her lots of interet in nutrition and well-being. This passion for fitness led her also to get the Award in Fitness and Sport Nutrition, at the Faculty of Medicine, La Pitié Salpétrière, Paris.
She helps people improve their lives with controlling their weight, improving their health and adapting their diet according to their sport.
Her aim is to use her combined knowledge in nutrition and fitness field to help clients overcome their health and fitness challenges. She works personally with each client to make sure they have a nutritional and fitness program that fits with their needs and their life, with the view to take them where they want to be.
Amandine proposes a 12 weeks weight loss program.
These 12 weeks of the programme are split into 2 stages:
Stage 1: duration 4 weeks
You will receive an initial consultation with 4 follow up consultations.
Weekly consultation at the beginning of a weight loss programme is very important to make sure the programme suits you and that you can follow it properly. I will monitor progress, set up new shorter goals and keep you motivated.
Stage 2: duration 8 weeks
Includes 4 follow up consultations that will take place every 2 weeks.
Stage 3: You are getting closer to your goal but you didn’t reach it yet! After 12 weeks, It’s unfortunately not the end of everybody’s challenge but you should start feeling more comfortable with the nutritional plan and you should start seeing good results. We will now set up follow up consultations according to your needs.
