  • General Therapy Sessions are suitable for longstanding general anxiety, stress related issues and complex phobias.
  • Stop Smoking Session is one 120 min. session.
  • Specific Phobia Treatment is suitable for a specific phobia and consist of 3 subsequent sessions of 60 min.

All sessions can be attended both in person or online. Online Session  are accessed via Zoom  from the comfort of your own home or office.
