** PRACTICE UPDATE: November 2020 **
We have taken a number of measures to ensure that we continue to provide you with the safest possible care.
We operate according to the latest Government and Public Health England guidance, which recommends PPE with the single-use of gloves/thorough and multiple handwashing, aprons with each patient, and risk assessment for use of surgical masks at each session when working with non-symptomatic patients.
Upon arrival at the clinic, please sanitize your hands. Masks must be wear.
The following measures have also been introduced to aid social distancing:
- Appointments are staggered to avoid crowding
- We ask that you come alone or, in the case of minors, accompanied by one adult only – if you wish to bring a chaperone, please let us know ahead of your appointment as we may need to perform a risk assessment
All practitioners wear a mask within the clinic and appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) during consultations.
All hygiene protocols have been enhanced and the clinic room is disinfected between each patient.
All patients are triaged prior to attending a physical appointment to ensure they are not exhibiting signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
Patients are encouraged to avoid cash payments and the card terminal is disinfected after each use with the appropriate agent.
As you will appreciate, we are all doing our best to lower the risks and evolve with the situation, changing government guidelines etc. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries or suggestions, we are available by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at any time and will get back to you as soon as possible.
