Weight Loss Support Group

The key to losing weight is determination and support. With this workshop offer both nutritional advice and a safe, supportive environment to help keep you on track and stick to your goals in an educated and safe manor.

For some battling weight gain, it is preferable to see a nutritionist 1-on-1 but research suggests people have a higher success rate when they work towards their goal together, as a group.

We are offering weekly meetings with our Nutritionist and weight loss expert Amandine. Members can gather, share experiences and tips on diet and exercise while receiving expert advice and nutritional support from Amandine.

If you have struggled to lose weight in the past this group is ideal for you, we can help and support you achieve your goal in a relaxed, informative, nurturing environment. Once you learn how and can see past all the conflicting articles and advice in mainstream media, losing weight can be simple, achievable and even enjoyable.
