The delicate lamb salad is garnished with goat slices, crushed nuts and a honey and mustard vinaigrette.

Ingredients:
500 g of corn salad
100 g walnuts
1/2 goat’s log
2 tablespoons walnut oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of mustard
salt and pepper
Sort the lamb’s lettuce and wash it well. Drain it well and dry it. Arrange it on serving plates. Cut the goat into slices. Crush the nuts roughly. Arrange everything on the salad. In a bowl, emulsify oils, vinegar, mustard, honey, a little salt and pepper. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad when serving.
