Fat-burning Smoothie with Orange and Lemon

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 plain yoghurts 0%
  • the juice of 4 oranges
  • the juice of a lemon
  • ice cubes

 

Recipe:
  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Serve in glasses.
  • Decorate the smoothies with a slice of fresh lemon and serve immediately.
